Eric Larson is a dedicated realtor who believes that opportunity is everywhere. Growing up in Wayne County, Eric has a deep appreciation for community and connection, which makes him a passionate advocate for local businesses and neighborhoods. After earning his bachelor's and master's degrees from Case Western Reserve University, Eric spent many rewarding years as a high school band director, imparting his love of music to the next generation.
For the past 11 years, Eric and his wonderful wife, Amber, have called Wooster home. They find the town to be the perfect blend of atmosphere-"not too big, not too small." Its proximity to larger cities offers fun experiences, while the slower pace of life makes Wooster an inviting place to raise their two semi-adult daughters, aged 23 and almost 21.
Outside of real estate, Eric is an avid learner with a variety of interests. He enjoys golfing, cycling, traveling, and of course, making music. He is an enthusiastic supporter of local dining, often finding himself at Rox Gastropub, one of his favorite spots for interesting food in a welcoming environment.
As a realtor, Eric leverages his skills as a good listener who is patient and kindness-driven, providing clients with a personalized experience. Additionally, he is fluent in French and holds the At Home with Diversity (AHWD) designation, reflecting his commitment to inclusivity and education in the real estate market.
Eric is a member of the Wayne-Holmes Association of REALTORS®, Ohio REALTORS®, and National Association of REALTORS®. Eric is a vital part of the locally owned brokerage firm, The Danberry Company, where he is one of over 300 real estate professionals providing customized, boutique service to area residents. The firm achieved over 4,000 transactions in addition to obtaining $2.8 billion in sales volume.
